Job summary

Diversity Group seeks an Informatics Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of hardware and software integrated with the EHR and clinical programs. This role drives content management, application support, and IT system optimization as part of the informatics team.

The ideal candidate will bring nursing informatics experience, strong English proficiency, and licensure to practice in the US.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Graduate of a ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Nursing informatics experience with EHR systems and clinical programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize and evaluate clinical systems to improve workflow and patient outcomes.
• Lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of hardware/software linked to the EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across VA facilities and networks.
• Support education, orientation, competencies and quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel to multiple VA duty sites as required.
