Job summary

You will serve as the primary contact for end-users during implementations and for ongoing maintenance, coordinating issue resolution and training users on clinical modules.

The role includes testing updates, maintaining security with role-based access, and keeping operational documentation current.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting clinical applications is preferred.
• Ability to train users and coordinate between departments.
• Familiarity with testing software updates and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support WRHS clinical modules across departments.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for end-users during implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify and assist in resolving issues across clinical modules and related systems.
• Train users in clinical applications and test software updates/releases.
• Maintain system security through role-based access and auditing of clinical apps.
• Document, track, and follow up on reported problems and enhancements.
• Keep documentation up to date and communicate status to supervisor and users.
