Job summary

West River Health Services is seeking a Nurse in Clinical Informatics to implement and support clinical applications across departments, serving as the day-to-day contact for end-users during implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements include an active RN or LPN license in North Dakota and 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience. EHR experience (Meditech or Epic) is preferred, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of clinical modules.
• Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications.
• Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access.
• Document and track issues and enhancement requests.
