Job summary

West River Health Services is a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic focused on patient-centered care in southwestern North Dakota. Ideal candidates hold an active ND RN or LPN license with 2–3 years of nursing experience and familiarity with EHR systems such as Meditech or Epic.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with EHR systems, or a comparable EHR platform (Meditech or Epic).
• Clinical informatics/health IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of clinical modules.
• Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications.
• Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access.
• Document and track issues and enhancement requests.
