State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, Broughton Hospital, seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist (Nurse Consultant II) to advance the EMR and other clinical information systems. The role reports to the Clinical Informaticist Director and focuses on workflow optimization, testing, training, and governance across departments.

Requirements include NC RN licensure and at least two years of relevant clinical experience; a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 may be offered.

Competenze

• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Two years of clinical experience in the area of specialization.
• Knowledge of healthcare informatics and electronic health records is preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve the Clinical Information System (CIS) and related processes.
• Provide CIS user support, staff training, and evaluate clinical documentation practices.
