CVS Health is seeking an experienced Manager of Clinical Informatics to lead policy development and enterprise workflow standardization across care settings. You will coordinate clinical, quality, and IT teams to shape policy, audit support, and AI-enabled Epic tooling efforts.

Ideal candidates have five years in clinical informatics or healthcare technology assessment, with strong collaboration, change management, and communication skills to influence governance and enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, quality & safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise clinical policy development & maintenance.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize workflows and reflect approved policies.
• Lead AI-enabled Epic capabilities assessment and related technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Provide executive reporting and stakeholder updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.
• Support change management by embedding policies within Epic workflows.
