Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst (Finance) to leverage clinical nursing expertise and NLP/NLU skills to extract relevant data from EHRs and support clinical product content. You will collaborate with global teams while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a remote work environment.

The role requires RN licensure, an nursing degree with at least five years of clinical practice, and familiarity with clinical terminology standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing and at least five years of clinical practice/experience.
• Active RN license.
• Master's degree in biomedical or nursing informatics is a plus.
• Experience with clinical terminology standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm) or clinical NLP.
• CDDS/CDIP certification or CDI equivalency is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant clinical data from EHR documents using nursing knowledge.
• Apply NLP/NLU to support end-user clinical products.
• Support informatics and technical requirements for continuous product improvement.
• Educate and coordinate content utilization with other departments and customers.
