Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Anly Clinical Developer to serve as a requirements analyst for the grouping, editing and reimbursement components. You will gather and interpret regulatory requirements and document specifications in DOORS, collaborating with engineers to implement changes and support escalated issues.

The role favors candidates with a Bachelor’s in health information management or related fields and 3+ years in healthcare IT or data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or related field, plus four years of experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare related computer science experience working with patient classification systems and/or data analysis.
• Additional qualifications include translating complex regulatory documents for diverse audiences and understanding medical grouping, editing, and coding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a requirements analyst for the grouping, editing and reimbursement component team.
• Deliver on quarterly release goals for assigned components.
• Gather and interpret requirements as published by federal and state agencies.
• Document requirement specifications in DOORS.
• Review requirements with product engineers and quality analysts prior to release.
• Work closely with component engineers in implementing software modifications.
• Support internal teams with escalated customer issues
