Job summary

Avera Health is seeking an Informatics Analyst to support the EPIC PACS team in Sioux Falls. The role provides basic support for multi-user clinical operating systems, installation, configuration, maintenance, and training to ensure effective use of clinical applications.

You will participate in planning, design, testing, and implementation of new functionality, collaborating with users, IT staff and vendors, while maintaining documentation and training materials for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding and working knowledge of current clinical information systems, workflows and integration with other systems.
• Works collaboratively with system users, technical staff, other IT groups and vendor support resources to solve information-system issues.
• Participates in testing before system changes, updates or new functionality moved to production.
• Maintains and updates support materials and training resources for system implementations.
