Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in healthcare setting.
• Analytical, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Licensed/registered in a clinical field required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between departments, facilities, providers and IT.
• Assist with EMR optimization and workflow improvements.
• Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
• Provide end-user training and on-site/remote support.
