Job summary

CBH Care in Paterson, NJ seeks a licensed clinical professional to join our behavioral health team. This role includes on-call rotations, crisis intervention, and providing psychotherapy to consumers.

You will complete screenings, develop treatment plans, manage cases, and ensure timely clinical and administrative documentation. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• MSW in social work or MA in psychology or counseling.
• Licensed LCSW or LPC in the State of New Jersey.
• Previous clinical experience in direct service with the SPMI population.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-call requirements on a rotating schedule.
• Provides crisis intervention services as needed.
• Completes clinical screening, risk assessments, intakes, diagnosis, and provides psychotherapy to consumers.
• Responsible for the management of cases, clinical support, and direct assistance to consumer and linkage.
• Develops treatment plans and collaborates with the treatment team.
• Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner.
