Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Clinical Imaging Supervisor to lead and oversee imaging services, ensuring quality control and accreditation across departments.

The role requires a radiologic technology program graduate with at least four years of imaging experience and a preference for modality leadership experience. ARRT/ARDMS or equivalent certification and BCLS are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or Cardiovascular Sonography.
• Minimum 4 years of technical imaging experience.
• Experience as a modality lead strongly preferred.
• Registered by ARRT/ARDMS/CNMT/NMTCB/CCI upon hire and BCLS upon hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality imaging/quality control are maintained.
• Ensures department maintains ACR and FDA accreditations.
• Provides leadership for off-site locations.
• Supervises daily departmental operations including staff schedules and productivity.
• Supervises clinical staff.
• Performs and maintains staff evaluations and annual competencies.
• Provides leadership through guidance, feedback, and delegation.
• Performs primary timekeeping responsibilities.
• Acts as safety coach for department.
