Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside in Columbus, GA is seeking an experienced Radiology Lead to oversee imaging services and ensure quality control across departments. The role provides leadership for off-site locations, manages staff performance, and ensures compliance with ACCR/FDA standards.

Strong clinical supervision and timekeeping responsibilities are required. The ideal candidate has ARRT/ARDMS/CNMT/NMTCB/CCI certifications and BCLS, plus at least four years in radiologic disciplines and prior

• Performs and maintains staff evaluations and annual competencies
• Provides leadership of personnel through guidance, feedback, and delegation
• Performs primary timekeeping responsibilities
• Acts as safety coach for department

Qualifications

Education

Work Experience

• 4 years of technical experience required
• Experience as a modality lead strongly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, NMTCB, or CCI upon hire required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required
