Job summary

Brainlab in Lewiston, ID is seeking an on-site clinical consultant to support physicians and OR staff with Brainlab IGS products and services. You will manage installs, analyze product issues via Salesforce, and educate hospital personnel on advanced surgical workflows.

Role includes driving utilization, supporting Go Live launches, and collaborating with the Application Consultant to grow revenue while maintaining certification and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR staff during surgery.
• Manage install base including 3rd party integrations.
• Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce.
• Educate hospital staff on Image Guided Surgery products.
• Train hospital staff and develop in-house training programs.
• Act as primary customer liaison and assess satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Application Consultant to drive revenue.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation of hours.
• Attend IGS Continuing Education and maintain product certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage for Complex Cases and Go Live launches.
• Drive customer utilization through unique workflows.
• Escalate regional clinical issues.
• Direct Radiology staff in pre-surgery scans.
• Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate IGS products.
• Keep abreast of Brainlab developments through training and research.
• Collaborate with regional team for content for calls.
