Job summary
Terros Health seeks a Clinical Housing Specialist for its South Mountain Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports adults with SMI or general mental health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment, focusing on securing housing and promoting independence.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years behavioral health experience or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor degrees with related experience preferred.
- Diversity experience and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assess client housing needs and provide tailored resources.
- Accompany clients to housing briefings when needed.
- Track housing applications and referrals.
- Maintain accurate housing & demographics data; report as required.
- Collaborate with community orgs to connect clients with services.
- Use motivational interviewing to support housing goals.
- Advocate for client rights within the community.
