Qualifications

• Must have 0–6 months of experience.
• Must be able to implement oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas and floors using vacuuming, dry mopping, and damp mopping techniques.
• Perform duties safely, donning appropriate PPE per standards.
• Wall washing and window cleaning.
• Handle waste removal including general, biohazard/infectious waste, sharps, hazardous, and confidential waste.
• Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.
• Issue, deliver, and remove linens to assigned areas per established protocols and document all issues.
• Maintain and replenish supplies on carts and in closets in an orderly, clean fashion per protocols.
• May provide job training for new hires.
• Job assignments may require carrying a beeper and monitoring the bed tracker system, and responding to calls timely.
• Report all aesthetic issues and repair needs to manager.
• Report, remove, and tag any defective or broken equipment using LOTO procedures as required.
