Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop FMV assessments and draft proposals for physician leases and service agreements.
• Prepare and review business plans for new clinical faculty recruitment and program expansion.
• Deliver training sessions to departmental staff on business plan development.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to clinical growth with timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor performance versus targets and identify variances for improvement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess clinical initiatives and ROI.
• Support executive-level presentations outlining plans, findings, and recommendations.
