Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in clinical data, analytics, or project management.
• Experience developing analytics with Epic Clarity database structures.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (ICD, CPT, LOINC, RxNorm).
• Proficiency with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Data Navigator program and manage CDN personnel, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop clinical research datasets using SQL and scripting as appropriate.
• Standardize workflows for data access, governance, and research data delivery.
• Oversee governance, training, and onboarding for the CDN program and partners.
• Collaborate with institutional partners to optimize data access and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory-compliant, high-quality data delivery for research and QI projects.
