The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) plays a critical role in setting the overall commercial strategy for the IRO and DCT business for the company. The CCO is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction and execution of all business development related activities for the business. As well as ensuring the correct dashboards, analytics and reports align with the strategy and sets metrics, and ensures our client meets revenue and margin goals. This role is responsible for assessing all the tools, systems and processes for sales, marketing and proposals and ensuring simplicity and scalability and making improvements. The CCO also helps lead and set the market strategy and branding for the business.
We are looking for a strong driver, with collaboration skills to work with peers across departments to ensure we are working in tandem to both acquire new business and deliver results. Additionally, this will be a hands‑on leader that can ensure we have the top winning team by identifying talent, coaching, developing and accessing talent, by reviewing pipeline and assessing skills/abilities in sales meetings with clients. This position would be responsible for strategic sales, inside sales, business development, proposals and marketing.
