Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Lab-based Flow Cytometry Scientist for a long-term engagement in Spring House, PA. The role supports Oncology clinical programs by delivering flow cytometry biomarker assays and high-quality clinical data in a collaborative environment.

The candidate should have hands-on flow cytometry experience, primary cell handling, and robust assay development with validation.

Qualifications

• Education in biomedical sciences with 1+ year of flow cytometry lab experience.
• Experience developing, validating, and testing high-dimensional flow cytometry assays.
• Experience with clinical flow cytometry assay development and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-parameter clinical flow cytometry biomarker assays end-to-end.
• Design and perform robust ex vivo and in vitro cell-based assays with functional readouts.
• Handle and analyze primary human cells from blood and other specimens.
• Record data according to SOPs and write validation reports.
