Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a clinical healthcare field is required.
• 3 years of clinical healthcare experience is required.
• Experience using Epic or other electronic health records is required.
• Current clinical licensure or certification in RN, ARRT, RRT, LPN, PA, or other clinician license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of actionable findings work queues and coordination of follow-up for patients with clinically significant findings identified through radiology, AI applications, and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate as the operational owner of assigned findings from identification through closure, ensuring timely provider notification and patient communication.
• Ensure documentation and follow-up completion; act as the central point of coordination among providers, patients, specialists, and support services.
