Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Clinical Finance Coordinator in Irvine, CA to support Clinical Research departments with financial tasks, payments, accruals, and PO management. You will collaborate with Clinical Research and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial mapping and timely reconciliations.

The role requires 1–3+ years of finance experience in a clinical research setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate with 1–3+ years of professional experience, preferably in clinical research.
• Real-world finance experience including payments, budgets, POs, and related admin tasks.
• Experience with Clinical Studies/Trials is highly desirable.
• Ability to resolve problems independently and in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to Clinical Research Departments per GCP, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Support payment reconciliation, accruals, POs, and related finance duties.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Research and Finance teams to ensure accuracy.
