Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1-3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a clinical research setting.
• Real-world finance experience including payments and budgets, PO management, and other administrative tasks.
• Experience with Clinical Studies and Trials is highly desirable.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Under supervision, follows standard practice with some initiative and judgment.
• Effective and efficient communication skills across varying levels and backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial support for departments in accordance with GCP, guidelines, standards, and SOPs.
• Support payments reconciliation, accruals, Purchase Orders, and other finance tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Research and Finance teams.
• Assist in creation, tracking, and management of Purchase Orders.
• Review, reconcile, and track investigator payments; reconcile before site closure.
• Coordinate with procurement and legal for contract-related steps and supplier setup.
• Liaise with Legal and other stakeholders for consulting and confidentiality agreements.
