Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Clinical Finance Coordinator to provide financial support for Clinical Research departments, ensuring compliance with GCP and SOPs. The role covers payments, accruals, and PO management, with close collaboration to Clinical Research and Finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of finance experience in a clinical setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1–3+ years professional experience.
• Real-world finance experience including payments, budgets, POs, and admin tasks.
• Experience with Clinical Studies/Trials is desirable.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support for Clinical Research departments in line with GCP and SOPs.
• Support payment reconciliation, accruals, Purchase Orders, and related duties.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research and Finance teams.
• Assist in creating, tracking and managing Purchase Orders.
• Review investigator payments and ensure accurate site closure reconciliation.
• Map and close open PO lists and support quarterly accruals.
• Complete required financial checks for investigators and facilitate documentation.
