Qualifications

• Experience as an RN, clinical specialist, surgical/procedural professional, or medical device clinical representative.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong presentation, education, and training skills.
• Independent field-based work with sales team collaboration.
• Must reside near Little Rock, AR territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support procedures and cases within hospitals and other settings across the territory.
• Educate and train customers on best practices and use of medical technologies.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource before, during, and after procedures.
• Partner with the local sales team to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Conduct in-services, product training, and educational programs for clinicians.
