Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist to support healthcare professionals and sales partners across the Little Rock, Arkansas territory, including all of Arkansas and Shreveport, LA. The role provides education, case support, and ongoing clinical expertise in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background, excellent communication with physicians and clinical staff, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical or healthcare-related degree preferred.
• Experience as an RN, clinical specialist, surgical/procedural professional, or medical device clinical representative.
• Ability to confidently communicate and build credibility with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong presentation, education, and training skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment while collaborating closely with a sales team.
• Must reside within or near the Little Rock, AR territory and be able to travel throughout the assigned geography.

• Support procedures and cases within hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory.
• Educate and train customers on clinical best practices, procedural techniques, and appropriate use of medical technologies.

Compensation

• Base Salary- $ 80,000 + Variable $44,000 at plan - $124,000 OTE+ uncapped based on performance.
