Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge of service line operations, strategic planning, project management, and business development.
• Physician practice management and financial analysis across multisite practices.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to evaluate program growth opportunities.
• Develop business plans including market analysis and proposals for growth.
• Lead multiple projects with stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide leadership and implementation support for new programs and program enhancements.
• Assist directors in oversight of operations for multiple physician practices, including quality initiatives and patient access.
• Mentor managers within the physician group and participate in leadership development.
• Provide direct leadership of associates and/or managers as needed.
• Lead a team with direct reports according to service line needs.
