Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a CE/BMET Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a clinical engineering team, schedule routine work, and drive project implementations. You will partner with the Manager to evaluate performance, analyze data trends, and improve department operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a Biomedical Engineering degree, 3–4 years of engineering experience, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's Degree Biomedical Engineering required.
• Experience - Biomedical Engineer Experience 3-4 year preferred.
• Clinical Engineering certification desirable.
• Prior supervisory/mentorship experience desirable.
• Work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, industries of similar use of engineering principles, or industries with similar regulatory requirements and knowledge of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the day-to day operations of a team, including scheduling of routine work and prioritization of assignments.
• Uses data-driven approach to schedule workload, maintenance activities, and improve operations.
• Mentors team members for career growth and retention with a documented plan.
• Develops and fosters a learning culture with internal training programs and manufacturer training.
• Leads projects through lifecycle, coordinates purchase, installation, in-service training, and handoff to operations.
