Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Biomedical Engineering required.

• Clinical Engineering certification desirable.
• Prior supervisory/mentorship experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of a team, scheduling routine work and projects.
• Uses data-driven approach to schedule workload and improve operations.
• Mentors team members and provides regular performance feedback.
• Develops and delivers staff training and competency development.
• Leads projects through all stages of their lifecycle with internal/external stakeholders.
• Evaluates safety and efficacy of medical devices and investigates cost-effectiveness.
