Job summary

Trimedx, LLC is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead new customer deployments of our clinical engineering service program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth transitions for hospitals and healthcare facilities.

The role requires significant travel and on-site client interaction, with relocation not offered. A Bachelor’s degree and PM experience in healthcare equipment are preferred, along with a PMP or Lean Six Sigma background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing operations role.
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma.
• 1–2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating in hospital/medical equipment industry.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission regulations and equipment-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large market new customer implementations.
• Direct cross-functional teams to develop client-specific clinical engineering service programs.
• Facilitate client meetings, startup meetings and ongoing education for staff.
• Create and manage timelines for implementation tasks (inventory, planning, go-live).
• Convert sites from existing programs to TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management program.
• Manage contract reconciliation for new customers.
• Participate in corporate-wide continuous improvements initiatives.
