Trimedx is seeking a seasoned leader to own a clinical engineering operation, shaping performance, people, and patient impact across multiple sites. You’ve guided teams, managed complexity, and now take full ownership of a business within the healthcare setting.

You will run the business, build and coach a high-performing team, and translate metrics into actions that improve uptime, uptime and compliance. This role requires financial savvy and the ability to partner with hospital executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
• Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
