North Country Healthcare is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data solutions, reports, dashboards, and data models that support clinical, operational, financial, and quality decision-making across the organization. This role uses SQL, Power BI, and related reporting tools to translate business needs into accurate, accessible information.

The Data Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, validate data, and support data governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or related field (or 8 years of relevant experience).
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data filtering.
• Experience developing Power BI reports/dashboards for business users.
• Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query; ability to define measures.
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR data structures or healthcare reporting programs preferred.
• HIPAA and healthcare data privacy knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and measures to meet organizational reporting needs.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Use Power Query and DAX to transform data and support reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business questions and define requirements.
• Validate report logic and investigate data quality issues; communicate findings.
