Job summary

PEOPLE'S HEALTH CENTERS is seeking a PSR Engagement Specialist in St. Louis to supervise daily PSR services and ensure program compliance. You will manage staff, collaborate with clinical teams, and build relationships with referral sources to support consumer needs.

The role requires leadership in planning, education sessions, and coordination of activities, while upholding safety, documentation, and program standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing or closely related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree in social services and two years of behavioral health experience.
• Experience supervising PSR staff and coordinating care.
• Experience with audits, medical records and compliance in health/social services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises for safety and sanitation compliance.
• Track attendance and ensure census goals are met.
• Develop and foster referrals with internal and external sources for the PSR program.
• Ensure program expectations and curfews are followed; report behaviors to CPRC team.
• Conduct quarterly audits of medical records for compliance and documentation.
• Facilitate PSR education sessions.
• Perform orientation, education, referrals, record keeping, and contribute to planning.
• Plan and lead groups, outings, or activities to meet objectives.
• Advocate for clients in treatment plan implementation and participate in multi-disciplinary staffing.
• Lead staff meetings and staff development within the program.
• Liaise with RCF and clinical staff on behalf of clients.
• Oversee daily PSR staff supervision, including hiring/terminations with VP approval.
• Build relationships with local universities and supervise interns.
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to company goals.
