Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services with two (2) years responsible employment history working in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day services under the PSR program and meet requirements established by DHM or governing entities.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and attendance to ensure census goals are met.
• Develop relationships with internal and external referral sources for PSR program.
• Ensure program expectations and curfews are adhered to and report behaviors for CPRC team.
• Conduct quarterly audits of medical records for compliance and documentation quality.
• Facilitate PSR education sessions and participate in orientation, referrals, and record keeping.
