Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN license or medical/dental assisting certification.
• At least 1 year of direct experience with eClinicalWorks platform.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with an Electronic Health Record platform.
• Training and support experience preferred.
• Advanced keyboard skills and computer knowledge.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Train employees to utilize EHR skills at top of licensure/degree.
• Identify continuing education needs across departments.
• Manage ongoing requirements of the EHR application.
• Provide strong end-user support and problem solving.
• Master clinical applications and optimize workflows for specific departments.
• Collaborate with Training Program and other staff (Nurse Educator, Lead LPN, Lead Dental Assistant, etc.).
• Adapt to change and implement fixes to minimize downtime.
