Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse Intake/Assessment Coordinator on a PRN basis. Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and referral screenings.
• Gather information and determine admission appropriateness.
• Coordinate admissions, including insurance verification, authorizations, physician orders, and required documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, providers, and referral sources throughout the admission process.
• Maintain referral tracking and support census and bed management.
• Advise and support patients and families; advocate for their needs.
• Build relationships with community partners and educate referral sources on criteria and services.
• Assist with psychosocial interventions and patient groups as needed.

Position Summary
