Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Professional Certificates & Training and covers on-site courses on nursing skills, patient safety, vital signs, and patient communication, with emphasis on applied learning and assessment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare experience (RN or LPN) with preceptor of student nurses.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Workday, Webex, and Zoom.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach on-site courses on patient care, including basic nursing skills, patient safety, vital signs, and patient communication.
• Deliver course outcomes defined by program competencies under NJ rules for certification requirements.
• Prepare students for the AMCA exam using the program outline and competency framework.
• Track attendance, progress, and grades; maintain accurate records.
