Job summary

Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years in healthcare (RN/LPN) with preceptor experience, plus proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Workday, Webex, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare experience; RN or LPN with preceptor roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Workday, Webex and Zoom.
• Teaching experience preferred; experience with English learners a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach on-site courses on patient care and basic nursing skills.
• Deliver program outcomes per NJ rules and certification requirements.
• Prepare students for the AMCA exam using outline and competencies.
• Track attendance, progress, and grades for clinical readiness.
• Maintain records and develop aligned course curriculum.
• Provide feedback to support learning and professional development.
