St. Louis Community College invites applications for a Part-time Instructor to deliver course material for the Patient Care Technician program.

Instruction includes lectures and skills labs, Monday through Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with flexible hours from 8 to 30 per week across multiple locations (Corporate College, Forest Park, Florissant Valley, Harrison Education Center). The instructor will prepare materials, deliver active learning, and support student success; required RN license, 5+ years

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the state board.
• 5+ years experience in an acute clinical healthcare setting.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of LMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver active learning instruction in classroom settings.
• Prepare and customize course materials for the patient care technician program.
• Develop clinical skills labs and participate in student and client meetings.
