• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Master's degree in nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of management/teaching experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with the organization and functions of other disciplines within the hospital (preferred).
• Minimum of five years of Acute Care clinical experience (preferred).
