Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tyler, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Educator RN to lead nursing education initiatives across the Neuro/Trauma ICU. You will develop and implement educational plans to raise clinical standards and patient care excellence.

The role requires a BSN, current Texas RN license, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. A Master’s in Nursing and 2+ years of teaching/management experience are preferred, with 5+ years in acute care strongly valued.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management/teaching experience.
• Minimum of five years of Acute Care clinical experience.
