Job summary

UT Health Tyler is seeking a Clinical Educator RN for the day shift in Tyler, TX. The role focuses on planning and delivering educational activities to uphold high standards of care within a busy medical/surgical ICU environment.

Requirements include BSN, Texas RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire; a Master’s degree and 2+ years of management/teaching experience are preferred. This full-time, on-site position supports a patient-centered culture with ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – BSN required.
• Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Master's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management/teaching experience.
