Job summary

Union Health in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Clinical Educator for the 4EA, 4EC, and MRU units. The role partners with the RN educator team to design and execute plans for clinical growth, professional development, and engagement in the nursing role at Union Hospital.

Requirements include a current IN RN license; MSN preferred (BSN acceptable with MSN required within 3 years). Minimum three years of acute care experience; day shift, 40 hr/week, 8a–4p, with some flexibility.

The Med/Surg and Medical Rehabilitation Clinical Educator has responsibilities for the duties of the position within 4EA, 4EC, and MRU.

The clinical educator is part of a collaborative Registered Nurse educator team. The clinical educator works collaboratively with other educators, nurse leaders, and organizational groups to design and execute plans for clinical growth, professional development, and engagement in the nursing role at Union Hospital.

Qualification/License/Certification:

• Current IN RN license

• Specialty certification in clinical concentration or nursing professional development preferred Minimum of three (3) years of successful clinical experience in acute care, prefer Critical Care experience.
