Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
• Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to align educational initiatives with hospital policies
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice on best practices in nursing care
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness via surveys and metrics
