Job summary

Incredible Health in Washington, DC is seeking a Clinical Educator to develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education. The role collaborates with department managers and clinicians to align initiatives with hospital policies and maintains records of activities to assess program effectiveness.

Qualifications include an active RN license, 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, experience in education and staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
• Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure that educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics
