University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Behavioral Health program within Family Medicine. You will serve as a liaison for faculty, staff, and stakeholders, managing programs to ensure objectives are met and supporting the Director of Integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health.

The role involves scheduling, database updates, monthly meetings, onboarding, and interview

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field.
• One year of experience in a professional related field.
• Strong MS Office and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently creates and maintains all clinical psychologist schedules.
• Manage and update clinical databases with leadership contact information.
• Attend clinical meetings and provide updates on onboarding and EPIC information.
• Manage clinical reports for the dashboard by adding provider hours and reporting data.
• Coordinate, schedule, and attend monthly Behavioral Health faculty meetings.
• Coordinate calendar management and scheduling meetings for Behavioral Health faculty.
• Independently coordinate onboarding of faculty, postdocs, and interns.
• Independently manage interviews for psychologists, interns, externs, and postdocs.
