Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Home Base program invites applications for a Clinical Education and Training Program Manager who will oversee the full range of educational activities for clinical staff within the agency and the Training Institute community-facing programs.

Under the Director of Education and in collaboration with Home Base staff, you will coordinate trainings, staff education, funding opportunities, and education grant applications from proposal to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Program management experience 2-3 years required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project teams and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Develop reports and presentations to support programs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and address deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
• Manage the program budget and resources.
