Job summary

Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program, seeks a Program Manager I to oversee clinical education and training initiatives within the Training Institute. This hybrid role is based at One Constitution Wharf and offers 40 hours weekly.

You will coordinate educational activities for clinical staff and the community, manage budgets and funding opportunities, and collaborate with the Director of Education and Home Base staff to deliver engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 2-3 years of program management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with medical professionals and staff.
• Experience coordinating education programs or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project teams across administrative education initiatives.
• Develop reports and presentations to support programs and strategic goals.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to keep programs on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate live trainings and online educational content for clinical staff and the community.
