Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a Clinical Education Technology & Data Analyst to support the Clinical Education team through data analytics, learning technology administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support education programs across Presbyterian, managing education data, learning platforms, and reporting to drive impactful workforce development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, instructional design, business management, and/or information technology.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, e-learning development, academic coordination, and/or information technology.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, reporting and analysis of complex outcomes to identify needs for target audiences.
• Develop and maintain optimal tracking and reporting workflows to meet performance objectives.
• Support Levels 1–3 evaluation tools to measure satisfaction, learning, and transfer to performance objectives.
