Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; no specific experience required.
• Preferred: Administrative Support experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate centralized advanced practice student placements.
• Serve as operational contact for learners, preceptors, clinical teams, and academic partners.
• Manage onboarding, system access, and completion of required documentation, training, and site-specific compliance for rotations.
• Maintain placement and preceptor records; prepare reports and schedules; monitor program activity and capacity; support process improvement and preceptor development.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and decisive action.
